Dr. Sanford Ikeda

Dr. Sanford Ikeda attended a FEE seminar as an undergraduate and has been a friend of FEE ever since. He earned a B.A. in economics from Grove City College in Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. from New York University in New York City. He has written extensively on a variety of free-market issues for both scholarly and popular publications including The Freeman: Ideas on Liberty. Dr. Ikeda is a longtime member of the FEE faculty and has been well-liked by many students.

Dr. Sanford Ikeda is Professor of Economics at Purchase College, State University of New York and a visiting scholar at New York University. Sandy, his wife Jennifer, and their son Christopher live in Brooklyn, New York.
