China Has Record Trade Surplus

China reported a record trade surplus with the rest of the world on Monday, one of the largest monthly trade imbalances any country has ever recorded and one that is likely to heighten trade tensions, particularly with the United States and Europe. (New York Times ^[1], Tuesday)

The best cure for trade tension is knowledge of economics.
