Heads of State Agree on Kyoto Replacement

Political leaders from around the world today reached a new agreement on climate change in what is being seen as a significant shift towards greater action. Leaders from 20 countries, crucially including China and the US, signed a resolution that paves the way for a replacement to the Kyoto protocol, set to expire in 2012. (Telegraph, Friday)
