Last section of New Orleans opens to hurricane victims

After waiting for three months to see personally what Hurricane Katrina had left behind, Louis Phillips and Donna Williams arrived Thursday to find their blue wood-frame house sitting in the front yard about three feet off its foundation. (Times-Picayune, Thursday)

The government let them back in. Now if only they'd let them alone.
