Benjamin Powell is the Director of the Free Market Institute and teaches at Rawls College of Business. He is also a Senior Fellow with the Independent Institute and the North American Editor of the Review of Austrian Economics. He earned his Ph.D. from George Mason University where he studied Austrian Economics and Public Choise Theory. This summer he will be giving a lecture for FEE, Who Will Build the Roads?
