Two Videos About Money

FEE President Lawrence W. Reed recently appeared in two videos made by izzit.org, a non-profit that provides educational materials to more than 300,000 teachers: A World of Money and Too Much Money.

These videos provide students with an all-around view of money. A World of Money takes us around the world to document the history of money, from bartering with animals to coins in the Greek and Roman Empires, to the invention of paper money in China. Too Much Money describes the economics behind inflation and the destruction it causes in economies, citing Spain in the 16th and 17th centuries, 1777 during the American Revolution, Germany after WWI, and in Bolivia in 1985.
