Professor Brad Birzer speaks to students attending the History and Liberty seminar in Atlanta, Ga. In this lecture Prof. Birzer starts with the idea of voluntary cooperation as Tocqueville in the 19th century described and moves to the development of radical ideologies that developed in the 20th century.
