FEE president Lawrence Reed will speak on the connection between liberty and character at the University of North Carolina - Pembroke on September 3rd. Although the audience will consist primarily of students and others in the UNCP community, the event is free and open to the public. Dr. Reed's presentation is sponsored by the Charles Koch Foundation.
