The seminar will take place at Calvin College.

You should plan to arrive at Calvin no later than 2:30 pm on Sunday, July 27th, and all participants are required to depart by 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 30th.

If you are flying, plan to fly into Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR).  Calvin is only about 15 minutes from the airport, and FEE will provide a shuttle from the airport to campus (and back). We will email you details about the shuttle as the seminar gets closer.

Because of the travel time to and from the campus, please choose a flight that arrives before 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 27 and a flight that departs after 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 30th.

You will be staying in suite style dorm rooms.  You will stay in a double occupancy dorm with a roommate of your same gender and will share a bathroom with another double occupancy room, also of your same gender.  A linen packet is provided and includes sheets, towels, wash cloths, pillow, pillow case, and comforter. Please note that Calvin College does not have air conditioning in the dorm buildings.
