The seminar will take place at Chapman University in beautiful Orange County.

You should plan to arrive at Chapman no later than 3:00 pm on Tuesday, June 17th, and all participants are required to depart by 12:00 pm on Friday, June 20th.

If you are flying, plan to fly into either Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or John Wayne Airport (SNA). Chapman is about 45 minutes away from LAX and about 20 minutes from SNA. FEE will provide a shuttle from either airport to campus (and back).  We will email you details about the shuttle as the seminar gets closer.

Because of the travel time to and from campus from LAX, please choose a flight that arrives before 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17 and a flight that departs after 9:30 a.m. on Friday, June 20th.

If you are flying in and out of SNA,  please choose a flight that arrives before 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17 and a flight that departs after 8:00 a.m. on Friday, June 20th.

You will be staying in double occupancy dorm rooms with a roommate of your same gender and will share a private bathroom with your roommate. Please note that linens are NOT provided, so you will be responsible for bringing sheets (size twin extra long) & a blanket or a sleeping bag as well as a pillow, towels, and toiletries.
