Travel Info for High School Seminars

Prescott, Arizona

Prescott is nestled in the Bradshaw Mountains of central Arizona and enjoys nearly 300 days of sunshine each year.  The seminars in Prescott will take place at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a mile-high campus with an extraordinary natural environment.

We recommend flying into the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).  Embry-Riddle is approximately 100 miles north of Phoenix, and we have partnered with ShuttleU to arrange transportation for you from the airport to campus.  To board the shuttle, locate the yellow "AZ City to City Shuttle Check In" sign.  In Terminals 2 and 3, the shuttle counter is at ground level on the east side.  In Terminal 4, the shuttle counter is at the ground level on the southeast side of baggage claim near carousel 2.

Please keep the shuttle time in mind when booking flights.  Try to select a flight that lands before 12:30 PM on June 10 as well as a flight that departs later than 9:30 AM on June 13.

If you are arriving by car, please park in Parking Lot I (see campus map), upon arriving on campus.  The address for the University is:

3700 Willow Creek Rd                                                                                                                                                                       Prescott, AZ   86301

There will be signage on campus to direct you to Parking Lot I, which is next to the dorm you will be staying in (Hall 3).

You will be staying in pod-style dorm rooms (3 rooms, 1 lounge, 2 bathrooms, 6 people) with roommates of your same gender.  Please note that linens are NOT provided, so you will be responsible for bringing sheets (size twin extra long) or a sleeping bag as well as a pillow, towels, and toiletries.

St. Louis, Missouri

St. Louis sits on the border of Missouri and Illinois and is the home of the famous Gateway Arch.  The seminars in St. Louis will take place at Saint Louis University, the oldest university west of the Mississippi.

We recommend flying into Lambert St. Louis International Airport (STL).  We have partnered with GO Best Express to provide your shuttle service from the airport to the university.  Upon arrival at Lambert St. Louis International Airport, claim your baggage and proceed to the counter located inside near Exit 12 in the baggage claim area.  After checking in with a Passenger Service Agent, you will be seated on the next available van.  Please note, wait times may vary upon check-in.

If you are driving, please go to Parking and Card Services in Dubourg Hall Room 33 (221 N Grand Blvd) when you arrive to purchase a parking pass ($6/day).

You will be staying in a single occupancy dorm room and will share a community bathroom with other students on your hall of your same gender.  Please note that linens are provided and include: a pillow, a pillowcase, 2 flat sheets, a blanket, a towel, a washcloth, and a small bar of soap.

Rome, Georgia

Rome is located in the northwest corner of Georgia, about 25 miles from the Alabama state line.  The seminar will take place at Berry College, a private, liberal-arts college with the largest campus in the world.  With 26,000 acres, Berry offers a beautiful environment with fields, trails, lakes, and mountains.

We recommend flying into the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).  Berry is approximately 70 miles northwest of Atlanta, and we will provide a shuttle from the airport to campus. Please keep the shuttle time in mind when booking flights.  Try to find a flight that lands before 1:00 PM on July 22 and a flight that departs later than 9:00 AM on July 25.

You will be staying in double occupancy dorm rooms with a roommate of your same gender and will share a community bathroom with other students on your hall, also of your same gender.  Please note that linens are NOT provided, so you will be responsible for bringing sheets (size twin extra long) or a sleeping bag as well as a pillow, towels, and toiletries.
