  1. This guy made himself look like a complete after 10-12 minutes. I didn’t care about listen ing to the rest.

  2. @Sebastian:
What’s the problem? All Sheldon talks about is that 1) people can do what they want with their property and 2) a lot of racial discrimination was backed up by government, officially and unofficially. Which is obviously true…

  3. I think it is a good thing that the issue of government imposed anti-discrimination in the private sector has come up in public debate. It seems like it has died down a bit but I hope it continues.

I was not raised on libertarian principles so I can’t take many libertarian viewpoints for granted. Opposition to government imposed anti-discrimination seemed absolutely ridiculous to me at first. I had to wrestle a little bit with the idea but I now understand and agree with the common libertarian viewpoint.

The sooner people are exposed to the libertarian viewpoint the better. There will be many more people who at least accept that reasonable people can hold such a viewpoint if they are exposed to rational discussion of the topic. I suspect that a lot of people will actually change their mind as I did.

  4. Scrubna, Listen to the podcast!
